I knew from the description that this was a class all about having fun with your practice, but I was not expecting the joy that it brought me to move so freely without a care. Baby, the amount of twerking I allowed myself to do had me SWEATIN’ !!! I left feeling alive and vibrant, like my inner child was right there front and center. If you allow yourself to have fun and shake it loose in a class, this class is a must take!

Carla is my favorite instructor, her calmness and soothing flow helps me alleviate my anxiety. I can’t say enough how much I love Lotus pond. Namaste🙏🏽💖

I’m recovering from a lower leg injury and had I seen the programming, I would not have signed up. I approached Cheri to explain my situation and ask for mods and she was so helpful. I am incredibly appreciative that she took the time to talk through things with me and used her knowledge to get me movements that I could feel successful with. It is humbling and frustrating to not be able to do movements I’m used to doing and Cheri helped me get past those feelings to get a good workout in.

Indirect soft lighting that makes you feel relaxed, not the cheap track lights you always see in other studios! At first, when she mentioned she’d be reading from a book during the session, I was a little unsure—but I ended up loving it. Listening to short stories while holding poses added such a calming and unique touch to the practice. This studio always has a chill, down-to-earth vibe, and this class was no exception. I’m so glad I discovered how much I enjoy hearing stories during yoga. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect class & Aaron the perfect instructor. He is so attentive, intentional- and specialized in training for longevity of movement & strength- especially athletes w injuries. I felt so strong when I realized how I was able to lift up my body and move into each position even though I am currently at a heavier weight, and keep up the flow to the beat of the great songs. I could really breathe fresh air into my lungs and I was able to slow down my breathing at the end of the class. Truly wonderful class highly recommend! I also reconnected with this yoga instructor after 4 years when my old studio closed. I was very happy to say the least!
