Contrary to other reviews, I do not feel like this spa feels antiquated or dated at all. I love that they use metal bowls instead of jetted tubs. The jetted tubs never seem fully clean but the bowls can be totally sanitized. I loved the calming vibe and peaceful atmosphere, which is a different experience from the vast majority of nail salons.

If you’re wanting natural but noticeable definition for your lashes this is the way. As someone who gets overstimulated easily, I will say that the process can be a bit uncomfy at first (having lots of things placed around your eyes and not being able to open them) but Nan consistently kept me updated on how long I had left and made me feel at ease throughout the whole thing. I know with applied upkeep the service can last a while so it’ll definitely be something I come back for. Can’t give Nan and Mercedes Brow Bar enough praise, thank you!!!
