We have a reverse cycle cooling/heating system as well as plenty of ventilation from the windows and doors with lots of natural light.

All equipment is sanitised between classes along with weekly deep cleaning of the studio.

We are limited to 6 clients in a Reformer class and 10 clients in a Mat class. We keep our classes small to focus on optimal alignment and teaching the bodies in front of us.

We don't have a reception area - clients are marked off by the teaching instructor.
