She also was very mindful of everyone’s needs when providing feedback. The moves were also the perfect amount of challenge to help facilitate an efficient workout that 1) worked different muscle groups while also 2) burned a lot of calories.     My experience with the Seasonal Flow class at BambooMoves Baltimore, led by Jen Mayotte, was truly exceptional! Their guidance through the slow-flowing vinyasa movements, combined with breathwork and rituals aligned with seasonal and lunar cycles, was transformative.
