During today’s class, I had a realization that while I may have an empty nest as my children begin their own lives, I also have a full heart as a proud father watching them spread their wings. Her calm presence and thoughtful guidance created the space for that insight to emerge. I left feeling centered, grateful, and deeply at peace. Highly recommend.

They give you a mask for your eyes and massage your shoulders, neck and even your hands for you. And the steam conditioner part is really nice.
