すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was nice, inviting, and energetic. She seems extremely knowledgeable and I can tell she has a background in dance/ballet by her references to form throughout warm-up/workout. She provided correction without singling out individuals. The sequences were challenging, yet doable. I was happy to see that there was a sense of community within the class but it didn’t feel “cliquish” like other studios can sometimes feel. Everyone seemed super sweet! I will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示1st time attending Summer’s class. Really enjoyed the classical hot Pilates. She’s a great instructor. Her cues and cadence throughout the class are excellent for a beginner and advanced practice. Looking forward to next time I’m visiting to attend her class
