すべてのレビューを表示Great studio and and strength sessions! The classes would benefit from smaller incremental weights to help with progression without injury (dumbbells need something between a 2.5kg and a 5kg for instance, and it would be great if there were 1.25kg for the barbells) 💪💥

The facilities are very nice and both those and the gym are kept at ideal temperatures. Suited to bros, lifters and CrossFit types of all standards. Thank you :)

すべてのレビューを表示Really great class, friendly and inclusive group. Instructor was really supportive and works you hard. The class is split in half, everyone gets a brief water break at the halfway point - you work hard for 15 mins and then again for another 15. I would highly recommend, oh and it’s in the lovely outdoors so you even get some friendly local dog visits which help the workout 10/10.
