It seemed like a majority of the students had never been to a dance class before (me included) so I would recommend this class for anyone who wants to try a dance class for the first time. I’ll def be practicing the routine we learned at home! :)

It was my first cycling class and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Josh was welcoming and got me all set up with the bike and explained everything. His class was clear and challenging and energetic and I got a major sweat! Loved it!

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class! The cardio portion was a great full body workout with low impact movements, somewhat similar to the floor portion of a barre class. The sequences were easy to get the hang of but still challenging enough to keep you engaged. Following it up with a nice stretch was the perfect way to end the class. Morgen had great music and energy, and I will definitely be back to take her class.

すべてのレビューを表示Fun class, good hard sequence, energetic and really nice teacher. Definitely recommend. NOTE - to enter the building you need a code that is emailed to you. It took me a while to figure this out, and I spent a while futzing with the door.
