    I was really impressed by everything about this place. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly, which is rare when using a CP because FoH people typically treat you like you’re single handedly trying to put them out of business. It was spotless, a massive selection of equipment and the Reppin’ class with Hannah was FAB. I thought she was great, really enthusiastic, kept an eye on people’s form and kept the motivation high. It’s places like this that make me feel like moving my trial CP to a membership.

    The Chain

    Cannot recommend this workout enough. Obi was really great at making sure everyone was doing the exercises with correct form and focusing on controlled movements rather than just rushing through the exercises. This workout is great for people who are just getting into weight training as well as more seasoned gym goers. The gym itself is situated in a office-dense area and a lot of the clients seem to be office workers. As someone else said, give yourself an extra 5 mins to find the gym the first time you are visiting.

    Slow Hatha Flow

    Good mix of build-up strength and stretching towards the end of the class. Some challenging poses are held for quite long, while Autumn provides detailed instructions, which I find very helpful to understand what to do.
