The coaches are knowledgeable and focus on your form rather than just power. Extra attention is given to beginners which is a great aspect for someone who is new to boxing.

It was my first time ever learning jujitsu, I was worried that my friend and I would be the only beginner ones and we were but there was 2 coaches and one of them took his time to teach just us the basic of jujitsu. My friend and I had so much fun. Thank you guys . I’ll be coming back
