    I recently took my first class at Sweat Circuit with Tracy, and I can't recommend it enough! Tracy's energy was absolutely infectious – from the moment class started, she kept everyone motivated and pushing through even the toughest circuits. Her enthusiasm and positive vibe made the workout not only effective but also fun! Whether you're new or experienced, you'll feel welcome and challenged in the best way.     The instructor had good energy, although it would be beneficial to have more variation in the pace of the class. Each song seemed to follow a similar fast tempo, which became a bit repetitive. It would also enhance the experience if the instructor made more eye contact and engaged with the class. It seemed he was somewhat focused on his own routine.
