すべてのレビューを表示The class was challenging, a level or two than what I'm used to as I'm someone who runs and does OT couple times a week. I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.
