The shower is serene with Malin + Goetz products, and the locker room had great free samples and Ole Henriksen products to use after your shower. I’ve been here about 5 times now, and it truly only gets better. 10/10.

I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed Cryo Healthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!

The massage was fantastic and I appreciate the consultation, which is thorough enough to inform them enough of where to focus and any add ins you should try. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. :) Only thing to note was that I added on hot stones, but didn’t really feel it was worth the price, because they were only used in the massage for a few moments and didn’t feel worth it.

Kai is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and generous ~ and the treatment was unreal. I have really been needing this assistance for my scalp issues for years, and I feel so blessed to have been guided to this healing and comfortable place. It’s clear he does this work with the intention of truly helping people. Also, you will get to see your hair follicles close up with the camera, and the before vs after result was insane after just one hour session. I could feel the stagnant lymph nodes in my face and her process of drainage. My face was snatched after that! She also gave me complimentary acupuncture needles for my foot sprain.
