From the moment it started, I could tell she had meticulously planned the workout to target every part of the glutes while keeping things fresh and exciting. The intensity was just right, and the variety of exercises really kept me engaged throughout. What made the class even better was the form corrections she does throughout the class to ensure you are set up for success and avoid injury. The playlist was amazing—it perfectly matched the energy of the class and kept me pumped up the whole time. The beats were on point, making it easy to get into the rhythm and push myself harder. Natalie truly knows how to set the perfect vibe! I’m already looking forward to the next one!

すべてのレビューを表示Cassie’s an awesome instructor! Her hardass class is one of of my favorites classes at Elle. Her routines are easy to follow, and the perfect level of challenging. I love how her class is structured (mostly focused on glutes with a core break). Would definitely recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示I had an amazing first class trying out aerial. Instructor Mac was great and really attentive. Made the class less intimidating. Didn’t realize why they had ginger candy all around because you’re upside down 80% of the time! Felt a little lightheaded after so I would suggest not doing this before work or anything important. Would definitely want to try it again though!
