Sometimes when you get caught up in the stress of life, it’s hard to center yourself and refocus your energy, but she was wonderful and I felt so rejuvenated after practice. The studio is clean and modern, and I loved the whole experience!

One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

A lot of frenetic energy but Jenny was so kind in graciously asking the chatty Kathys to move along. After the room cooled down and the practice began it was amazing. I booked a hair appointment next to nail appointment and two women were able to do my nails at the same time which was awesome and then I got my hair done after. Van is THE BEST hairstylist.
