すべてのレビューを表示Megan is a phenomenal coach. Her workouts are incredibly challenging, but she elevates the experience by explaining the "why" behind the movements and demonstrating proper form. Top it off with a great playlist and 10/10 humor, and this class is a must-try. Highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示Haven’t taken a yoga class in a bit, so I opted for gentle flow as a nice return to the practice. The class was amazing! Just challenging enough to feel like I got good stretches and movement, but still a wind down. The staff were so sweet and friendly, definitely going back!
