すべてのレビューを表示Chris gave a lot of individual instruction throughout the session to myself and the other attendees as needed. It was very helpful in fixing my form as a beginner without feeling like I'm slowing down the rest of the class or being called out. This class doesn't just care if you get a good workout today, but also if you're learning, improving, and boxing correctly (and safely!)

すべてのレビューを表示This class was not in existence. Call the front desk before booking. Thankfully I hopped into a 9:45 class. But I had to go home, wait and come back for it. Can’t blindly trust classpass!

すべてのレビューを表示Coach Myrah here, I used to be an instructor at Gold’s Gym Rosslyn but I no longer teach there. I have emailed and called management several times to remove my classes from class pass. Just a heads up if you’re booking one of these classes, I’m no longer teaching at this location. Hopefully the gym can update the schedule soon.
