The vibe was relaxing all the way through. They offer complimentary beverages which was really nice. Alexis was able to walk me through what to expect from my appointment. Every step of the way she checked on me. She was so gentle and so kind. There is definitely a tenderness to her hands. At the end of the treatment my I and my face felt relaxed. My skin was tightened & looked radiant. I would recommend this service to anyone. I can’t wait to come back for their other services.

They use soft gel with the papers to remove your hair. I do have a little hair left behind but that might be because it was my first time and there was quite a bit of hair down there. They were very kind and constantly checked on me throughout the appointment. I got a laser Brazilian, and they honestly knew more about my skin than I did. They had specific lasers suited for my skin tone and hair thickness (very coarse, by the way). Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly barely painful :) I’ll definitely be back, even without ClassPass!
