    Kickboxing

    Gretchen was so friendly and made the class easy to follow, even for someone with little to no experience with kickboxing. She was motivating and gave helpful feedback/guidance on my form in a way that made me feel comfortable and like I was getting the most out of the class. All the other people and instructors were welcoming and kind too. Definitely coming back!!
