すべてのレビューを表示The class, environment, and instructor were phenomenal. The class was relaxing, restoring, and balancing. No difficult poses, just luxurious stretches and mindful breathing. The instructor, Amanda, provided demonstrations of every move with modifications for those who needed it. She was helpful, kind, and mindful of different levels in the room. The environment was very clean, well maintained, and relaxing. 10/10 would attend again!

すべてのレビューを表示Simply AMAZING. I was all messed up when I got to Sarah. My shoulder and spine mobility was pinched and I’d had a crick in my neck for 10 days +. She took care of all that. I could move with ease after the massage. Very effective and extremely professional. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
