The instructor was nice and corrected form as we went, which was new and welcomed. The group I worked with was also very chill and focused, they didn't mind me copying them when I got a lil lost in the sauce.

すべてのレビューを表示It was quiet, yet energetic for an early 6am class. I got a quick intro and sign up and felt prepared for the class. I found it to be the perfect amount of challenging. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I came out with the best high ever. I will definitely be coming back to explore more Classic classes and the others they have. Thank you!

Most of their series are progressive meaning that you work on one thing for a week then build on it the next week
