すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time taking a barre class. I arrived 15 minutes early and the desk girl was welcoming and explained everything to me before class. The space was a lot smaller than I expected, but seemed to be kept very clean! I was prepared for an intense workout, but this classic class was way more intense than i ever anticipated! It is also very fast paced, so as a first timer, it’s a little tough and I had to take a few breaks (and this is coming from someone who goes to the gym frequently and was a dancer for 10+ years) The instructor was very helpful and corrected me on my form as needed. It was nice to see I wasn’t the only Newbie in the class from classpass. If you are looking for a killer workout, definitely give this a shot

すべてのレビューを表示I can't say enough good things about MLS fitness. Marilu is outstanding - so fit, so knowledgeable, crazy-good! I've tried almost all of her classes and they are always a great workout, but never the same. I can't believe how she's always creating new content, researching new exercises, keeping it fresh. Just excellent. Try a class - you'll be hooked!
