Most of the time, the other coaches just assume everybody knows the drills already, but one can never stop learning. For this class, I reckon it would help to have at least a little experience with barre or pilates, though you don't need to be a pro by any means. Studio was also clean and well-maintained by a friendly team, with access to good showers. Thank you!

Loved that there was no music, very traditional style of practice, straight forward, no flowery talk and every student was focused. Amazing city views, spacious and clean studio. Here on holiday but if I lived in BKK, would definitely frequent here. The only thing is the receptionist took some time to sign in everyone and seemed a little overwhelmed so do come earlier to settle in.

The music, the trainer, the light, the focus on breathing - everything contributes to a very deep contact with the body. Already at the very end, in shavasana, in total relaxation, I felt that during the class I had experienced a real rebirth for my body 🪐.
