すべてのレビューを表示This particular class felt beginner level but it’s so incredibly hot in the room, that it was honestly ok. I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

The class was challenging but taught at a pace that connected me to my body gently. the sound bath at the end was incredible, and the vegan dinner afterward was such a lovely moment in community.
