すべてのレビューを表示Absolutely loved my time here. The Recovery Room has some cool things in it and you’ll need to decide on what you’d like to do for the most effective use of your time. I used the inversion table for a few minutes before moving onto and falling asleep in the Higher Dose sauna blanket, then finished with the Normatec hip attachment. Even though I booked an hour, I immediately wished it was longer and am planning to rebook soon. One of the owners, Jodi (or Jody?), was helping me and was awesome. Definitely recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示I’m so happy you found this studio as I do travel quite a bit for work. This has been a pleasant surprise to find it! Bailey instructor was fantastic. Very thorough with her showing us each exercise and give us alternatives but also challenged the entire class to challenge ourselves!
