Her sequences are so on point the class just flows beautifully and I feel engaged throughout my whole body. I do a LOT of lagree so these things really stand out to me! 10/10 ⭐️ (bonus points for always having great playlists)

Th is was my first Lagree, but I’d definitely recommend having good fitness foundations as this class was quite challenging to keep up with if you’re new (but very fun)

すべてのレビューを表示Phenomenal! It was my first time at this studio, and Mia's class was challenging in all the best ways. She has spicy variations for each move, yet also offers modifications to meet you where you're at. Her cues are clear and she gives individual attention to each client, correcting our form or motivating us to go deeper into the moves. I've been doing lagree for 3+ years but haven't felt challenged like this in a while. So refreshing!!
