We learn about the technical aspects of boxing, like footwork, that you don’t learn in other studios where you’re on a bag punching in a dark room. My only complaint about this studio is that it’s a little small to do all the moves comfortably at times.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved the class with owner Braxton. His workout is tailor for my needs and class size was small so it felt personal. He pushed me to through each exercise and really held me accountable. Most importantly , the work is dynamic so it was fun. I’ll be back.
