すべてのレビューを表示Fun class with a good variety of strength training. However a bit too fast paced to allow proper technique and build cycles. Needs targets and/or weigh recommendations for generates to all growth. Instructors were excellent and the facility was clean and well kept.

すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed my first F45 class. I was surprised to see that the class was fully booked 7am on a Saturday! The gym was clean. Being a newbie, I was a bit nervous but everyone was friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to do my next class!
