The studio space was open, bright, and calming, the staff were warm and down-to-earth, I loved the sequences, and there were so many amenities! Can’t recommend enough.

すべてのレビューを表示Super fun class. For someone who likes to dance but doesn’t go out to clubs anymore it was great. I loved seeing different ages and body shapes all dancing. Very positive energy, loved that there are cubbies in the room, lots of space even in a decently full morning class, and the moves definitely would take a little to learn but nothing crazy that would be hard with a little practice. They also feature local artists in the lobby area which I thought was pretty cool.

The entire class is incredibly welcoming too. In fact, several classmates even jumped in to help me learn some of the moves. As a beginner, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Everyone in the classes is so welcoming and there seems to be a great little community here. The location was weird to me at first but I got used to it! You’re in storage unit garage thingy but the vibes are high.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first visit here coming from a background of doing yoga twice a week but not doing weight lifting. I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!

I found parking, on the street in the neighborhood- give yourself a few minutes to walk a block or so just incase.

They created a safe place with effective and consistent cueing, spotting, and consenting. Would recommend to anyone curious and interested! I’m a yogi, and expected more yoga in the class (had NO idea what I signed up for haha), but despite no acrobatic experience, I had a blast :)

Our trainer was Whitney and she was so awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to helping me with my form.
