    The reviews don’t lie. This was my first time at this studio and it was so welcoming right from when I opened the door. They handed me two towels, said hi, even introduced the newbies to everyone when they did the warm-up. Everyone in there was just so hyped to be there and friendly. I really miss this kind of atmosphere. My usual location is the Chinatown one and this is a total 180 from it. Can’t wait to go back to Fraserhood, you guys rock!

    Firstly, F45 is one of my favorite workouts. It combines strength and cardio in a fun and challenging way. I always leave in a great mood. This location specifically is my favorite, the coaches go above and beyond to ensure you are challenged and having a good time. They also support you throughout the class.     Quite small. Not as many facilities and types of equipment as I’d like. Feels more male focused. However, not too busy and a calm environment to work out in. Fine for a quick workout.
