すべてのレビューを表示My first time doing Tai Chi and I really enjoyed it! Alex led the class with little verbal instruction but lots of intention and focus, letting me know since it's my first time to just try to follow along with the movements. I enjoyed the whole energy of the movements and how it warmed the body and got a real full body workout with the slow, focused pace. The three hours went by fast and you're welcomed to take breaks or come and go as you please. My posture is better after one class! I'm interested to learn more.
