This visit wasn't reflective of the standard I am used to and I dont know if thats because I booker through classpass or some other reason. For starters, my waxer was late to our appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and after my scheduled time had come and gone I began to wonder what was going on. Late start, okay, she apologized. Her skill was definitely not what I am used to and she wasn't as thorough as the usual ladies. there were several hairs left behind and I didn't want to waste more time by having her come back since the appointment was already late to start and thus late to finish. Lastly there was a $2 ecofee that I didn't see mentioned on classpass. I am familiar with it (though I guess they raised the price since it used to be $1.25-ish).
