    I love how Julia is accompanying me. I’m also a bit of a newbie in this but I’m loving my Pilates journey! Also, I have never tried some moves before that has been taught in this class. That was good. But I felt like I was hoping to get a little more help on some exercises but nevertheless, it was a great workout ☺️

    Gentle Stretch

    The stretch class has genuinely become one of my favorite parts of my week. Joyce is the absolute sweetest and creates such a welcoming environment that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. The people in class are also so kind and supportive which makes it even better. I lift a lot and every single class reminds me how badly my body needs this. I never realize how tight and sore I am until I get there. Since starting, my recovery, flexibility, and overall mobility have improved so much, especially with my shoulder and hip injuries. I always leave feeling like a completely new person. Seriously cannot recommend this class enough. Joyce is amazing and this class has done more for my body than I expected.
