Imo when someone is teaching a barre class (or any class/style) they should have somewhat of (dance) back ground and it’s very obvious that Lili does have (dance) background. There for her barre class is exactly what I would expect and want from a barre class however I do think her class is very challenging which I love but maybe for someone (w zero (dance) background a little too challenging) I would suggest to maybe put levels behind the teachers class. I have been to other teachers at equal as well and I was (no offense) not challenged at all and did not feel like I did a work out after which felt like a waste of my credits but they did the best they can I’m sure. Thank you Lili for always bringing your A game to class and for always being/bringing that positive and vibrant energy.

すべてのレビューを表示I had a fantastic barre class hosted by Chana. She’s very professional, the vibe was so positive. She guided us through the entire session very clearly and with necessary corrections. The session had a proper warmup, very diverse set of main exercises and we had enough time for a proper cooldown. Highly recommended!
