すべてのレビューを表示Brad is an incredible teacher, per the mantras of his practice, he is my teacher who brings change. Although the pace and general structure is the same, no two classes by him are the same, there’s always new flows and poses to try. He teaches using a multi level instruction so anyone can feel comfortable and challenged in class. Brad is always encouraging when I go for new poses and fail, which helps me improve. Thank you Brad and Dalton and all the people who make Yoga Flow so special!

すべてのレビューを表示The flow itself was very fun in that I didn’t feel like I was just doing the same thing every other studio does. It was a great class for ending the workday. Not a huge calorie burner, but that’s not why I do yoga. Very good for the joints.
