    Zumba

    Nadine was fantastic! She has such great energy and it was so much fun. Good mix of songs and choreography that was easy to follow for a beginner but with a bit of challenge thrown in. Overall made me remember how fun Zumba was when you have a great teacher!

    This was a good low-impact workout class but I would be hesitant to call it vinyasa yoga. It was vinyasa-style since we repeated flows but the flows themselves barely included yoga poses and it felt more like a lower body workout class
