The sequence of the class flow nicely. Slow movements transition to different level of exercises and ended with a nice stretch

Szabi’s attention to detail is incredible: by the time you finish an exercise, your reformer is already prepared for the next one. It really says a lot, Szabi genuinely wants you to succeed and focus on your workout instead of spending time adjusting your machine. I’ve never seen anything like this before! I’ll definitely be back.

Class is usually mixed with absolute beginners and more advanced people, it doesn’t matter, just have fun! Take this class while it’s on ClassPass because they disappear from CP once they fill up. TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine. The studio feels like a SPA, you walk in and just feel comfortable and relaxed.
