    I absolutely love every SWET class I go to and especially enjoy taking Staci’s classes. Literally the only suggestion I could possibly make is to have a cut off for people showing up late. I think because the exercises are on the screen people don’t feel the need to show up on time and watch the demonstrations and do the warm-up. It can be distracting when people are coming in late - sometimes even as the workout is starting.

She explained throughly how each station worked, showed modifications, and helped with correcting form. This definitely made me feel comfortable even if I struggled at some stations.
