This was my first time at Ohm Thai and I walked past the small space three times before realizing the sign was on the door (on the right when you enter the plaza). I didn’t realize it would be one big room divided into four sections with curtains, but it didn’t bother me. There might be a fitness studio upstairs because you’ll hear thuds and bangs here and there, but the room plays oasis and gentle relaxing music to make up for it. Emma was my masseuse, and I requested the Swedish massage (not 100% knowing what to expect), and oh my goodness did I walk out of there in a daze because I was genuinely relaxed. She asked where I would like to focus and I mentioned my neck, shoulder and lower back. She ended up focusing on my entire body (literally from head to toe) which was surprisingly nice! I fell asleep three times because I requested a lighter pressure for a more gentle massage. The hot towels and the aromatherapy was also a bonus. I think she accidentally gave me an extra 10 minutes, or maybe she thought my brittle bones needed it lol. Anyways, 1000/10 recommend!!

She was SO kind, warm and welcoming. She focused on the areas I expressed needed more love, and worked on releasing tension in a full body, 90 minute Sewdish massage. Nonetheless it was much needed for my tired and achy muscles. Ann did ask me first if she could walk on me. I don’t get massages too often but when I do, it’s usually just a standard full body massage without any focus on pain points. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire in the office before my appointment for my preferences on pressure, areas to focus on, etc. and Masa did a fantastic job really working out those areas. It still was a very fluent and comprehensive massage but with an extra focus on the areas causing me pain. My neck and back have very stiff for a while probably from my posture sitting at work and it feels amazing to have my mobility back. Genuinely feel like a new person. Her massage was the perfect balance of firm and relaxing. She def knew what she was doing, hitting all my pressure points and cracking my back/ankles/wrists multiple times (and I NEVER crack!!).
