There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class. All levels appeared to be welcome and his instruction is so easy to follow you’ll get your groove on even if you’ve never danced w him before.

すべてのレビューを表示I thoroughly enjoyed my beginner’s salsa class at Dance Arts Miami. I was immediately welcomed with a kind and warm greeting. I was shown around the studio and all the instructors there were so kind and inviting. I have taken a handful of dance classes at other places before and I never experienced the beginning of class starting with a gentle warmup of every joint in the body. That really made an impact on me right away and set the tone for the rest of the class. I was able to progress from having two left feet to learning a whole salsa dance routine with a partner. In just one class I left with more confidence in joy in my dancing and in myself. i will definitely be coming back!!

Every class with Alexi is a delight, and she always takes the time to show you proper technique but also to make sure that you feel comfortable and enjoy the class. There’s some warm up, then partner rotations, and a combination of dancing with and without music. The facility is clean and well decorated, I will certainly return for more classes and events!
