すべてのレビューを表示The food was good and the service was fast, but there’s a discrepancy between the description of this salad on ClassPass vs the Vale Food Co. menu. The vale website says this salad has lemon garlic chicken thigh and the description here says southwest chicken. So I thought they gave me the wrong chicken. There was also no lime, and the photo on the website has lime. The restaurant looked clean and bright.

すべてのレビューを表示I came into the cafe at 4:50 for my 4:45 pickup time. Please note that the last time I ordered food through class, it was ready at the pickup time when I got there. Not in this case. The woman at the front desk said the kitchen closes at 4:30 & I am supposed to order when I get there. *Class pass should adjust the time slots so that the last order is at 4 if they close the kitchen at 4:30. * Instead of taking a loss, she quickly & kindly whipped up my salad for me. I couldn’t be more impressed by the customer service (given that they closed in 5 minutes). I got the Strawberry Feta Salad: the strawberries were soaked in a syrup / glaze (so good) & the salad was delicious and refreshing!

I don’t write reviews often but leaving this because I especially appreciated they wrapped the smoothie in plastic wrap, since I ordered to-go. When I unwrapped it after a mere 5 minute walk, it was clear that without the wrap, the smoothie would have spilled everywhere. Thankful for their practical attention to detail.

Also didnt like the customer service from this place at all. I got very lucky the owner was here and was able to clarify and allow me to get my lunch for the second time at 5pm. The fact that because you use classpass you are not treated very kindly.
