The vibe was relaxing all the way through. They offer complimentary beverages which was really nice. Alexis was able to walk me through what to expect from my appointment. Every step of the way she checked on me. She was so gentle and so kind. There is definitely a tenderness to her hands. At the end of the treatment my I and my face felt relaxed. My skin was tightened & looked radiant. I would recommend this service to anyone. I can’t wait to come back for their other services.

Park by the stairs in the middle of the plaza, use the stairs on the right side (when looking at the building), then follow the numbers until you get to “2248” with their logo. In general, my eyes tear up quite a bit when anything is being done to them. But Eduarda was patient, kind, and personable throughout. The products used did not hurt or sting at all. I don’t have long lashes to start with so it’s not too obvious. But considering how much I was tearing up, all of my lashes still curled up and I love it. Highly recommend!

This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.

I do have to comment that the massage was better once I decided to add on the essential oil and hot stones which was an additional charge of $20. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed the massage as much if I wouldn’t have added this on. But there was no way time it was clean and they had soothing music playing.
