Before she began my facial she asked me so many questions about my skin (products I use, day time night time regimens, experiences with facials, etc.) and took the time to make solid recommendations that can help my concerns. If you are sensitive to background noise — you will likely hear conversations as other stylist are working with clients outside of Taylor’s enclosed space, but I honestly don’t notice this after the facial gets started. Taylor will have soft music playing, dimmed lights, a candle and a warm bed to lay on. Taylor is easy going, and holds nice conversation if you are looking to chat as well.

About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

I've had massages before, but they usually just gave me an hour of relaxation without any real results. Crystal's massage was completely different—I can genuinely feel how much it helped. I work out intensely and didn’t realize how much pain and tension I’d been carrying in my upper back. She even worked out a knot in my shoulder that I swear had been there for over a year! I also had the magnesium treatment applied to my legs since I’m a runner, and it made such a difference with my leg pain and shin splints. I’d been waddling around for a week, but after my session, I could walk normally again! My posture feels better, my legs feel refreshed, and I’m so much more at ease.
