Highly recommend her if you’re new, but she also offers adjustments for boosting a challenge! Either way she has great energy and encouragement and the class structure/workout order is unique compared to most.

It was so relaxing, the space is very clean, it wasn’t hot in there like other studios which was nice, and the movements were so slow but provided a lot of time for me to get in a meditative space to get in touch with my feelings & my body. Will absolutely do it again!

すべてのレビューを表示Tyng Tyng recommended this class to me the last time I tried aerial fly. It is a series of yoga poses that you do at your own pace. Hyunyoung was very patient with me as I was new to the class. I am pretty flexible but I was amazed with the deep stretch in my hips and hamstrings. I love that she corrects my posture to deepen the stretches. They normally end the class with backward arches/handstands and that's exactly my goal!
