すべてのレビューを表示Marissa embodies tough love! It’s so clear she cares so much about her athletes (I love that she calls us that) and takes her job seriously. You should come to her classes prepared to work hard and be challenged physically and mentally in the best way. I will ALWAYS recommend her classes and at this point, she’s really the only instructor I love to take classes from at Studio Three. Team Marissa forever!!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was a true and good full body strength workout. Abbie was amazing and super motivating throughout the class. You have two sets of weights (one medium and one heavy) with the opportunity to play around and figure out if you need heavier weight. The class went by wicked fast and Abbie gave really great cues throughout. Definitely worth taking and will go again!

He’s great at keeping the energy up during class and is very positive. His music is on point and he has been the best instructor to match the pace to the tempo of the playlist. Love going to his classes!

She explains choreo really well and is great at offering modifications, making her classes challenging yet accessible. I can’t recommend her enough!!

すべてのレビューを表示Vynnessa is AMAZING! First time taking her class, and I’m just mad I waited this long to take her. I took the 4:45 class and it was only two of us, and all I’m saying is she should get a raise! She was on the floor inspiring us, motivating us, and riding with us. Felt like a private lesson yet her energy was the same as if the room was completely full. I also came in with a shoulder injury and she even gave me modifications for the arm series. To wrap up this review, her choreo was completely life giving and her moves literally didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Vynnessa for being so awesome! I will definitely be back.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved Christopher's energy and playlist! His instructions are a bit odd to me in that he had us go down to zero resistance and sprint multiple times. That's easy enough to avoid on your own though by using whatever resistance works for you. I do think his method might be better for beginners though who don't want to feel pressured to have high resistance! Would definitely go to his class again!

She’s so motivating, and gives clear instructions on posture, riding to the beat, etc. even though I’ve been 20+ times and now ride 1-2x a week I still benefit from reminders. She gives recovery breaks to drink water and towel off, which I really appreciate! My second class with her & I’ll keep coming back.

I will say it wasn’t beginner friendly though, I’m a marathoner runner and have taken a few cycle classes before elsewhere and this was TOUGH! 🥵 (in the best way!)

I will even go all the way to Georgetown (which is much harder for me to get to) in order to take her class. I wish she taught even more classes at other studios. すべてのレビューを表示Wow just wow. I used to go to Jeff’s classes religiously when he taught at soul in Newport before they closed. When he started teaching here in San Diego, it was like an answered prayer. He embodies the essence of soul. He challenges, encourages, inspires. He puts together the hardest yet most exhilarating classes. You feel like you’re fighting every fiber in every muscle of your being, and then it’s suddenly the end of class. If you have taken one of his classes yet, you are missing out on a magical experience that will also be one of the best workouts of your life.

He’s a great motivational speaker and it’s just enough where I believe he really does mean what he says, and it’s not overwhelming like sometimes other instructors come off. His instructions are easy to follow and he’s a great leader and inspiration up on the podium.

すべてのレビューを表示After nearly 100 rides, I’ve taken Joe in the past and find him medium-hard in difficulty. There’s less choreography, more sprints, and a quicker arm series. I do think he pushes you where you need to be, but also is very welcoming.

He’s full of energy and a great leader — it’s easy to follow his instructions while feeling welcome at all levels in his classes. He’s also just hilarious so I laugh all class and really enjoy the workout. He encourages us to cheer on our neighbors and embrace the energy we’ve created in the room. I love his enthusiasm for his themed classes and I’m already signed up for his next one!

It’s safe to say I was struggling to walk out of that class because my legs were so numb but I will definitely be back that has to be the best class I have taken yet!!

Had no idea what I was doing and was struggling with setting up the bike lol but the person next to me was so nice and literally helped me with everything. l’m so grateful for the kindness & appreciated it so so much!! The teacher was super nice, welcoming and supportive (even though I was doing a horrible job 😂. I definitely plan on come back but I need to start with something lighter first.
