Before she began my facial she asked me so many questions about my skin (products I use, day time night time regimens, experiences with facials, etc.) and took the time to make solid recommendations that can help my concerns. The facial itself was so relaxing from beginning to end and my skin has a beautiful glow that I really needed. Thank you again! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Anyway you can tell how experienced her techniques are. She even gave me hair care recommendations since my hair tends to be on the dry side. すべてのレビューを表示When I originally entered the salon I was asked to double check if I had the right location. It made me feel unwelcome as I knew I booked an appt. Unfortunately the manager was running a bit late and another stylist asked her colleague to wash my hair and I could see in her face that she didn’t want to do it. After about 10 minutes she reluctantly washed my hair. At that point, I felt like walking out of the salon. It was unfortunate I didn’t catch the managers name because she turned my experience around. Super friendly, chatty and my hair looked beautiful. Thank you for a gorgeous blow out!

Although the music was relaxing, the harsh lights made it very hard to relax and enjoy the experience. I know that the techs need good lighting to work, but there must be another way. I’ve never had this type of experience anywhere else. By the end, I couldn’t wait to be out of there.

My only complaint is that I was charged $15 for going 3 minutes over my appointment time. My stylist did mention a charge for extra time was a possibility at the beginning of my appointment , but I have never been charged extra for time for a blowout in my experience, especially just being 3 minutes.
