Caitlin is a lovely instructor who made me feel at ease the whole time and the studio is very well looked after with the best equipment. Would highly recommend Hii Club to anyone looking for something new in fitness 🌟

すべてのレビューを表示The class was a good mixture of upper body strength, core and some cardio. Paige was super friendly and clear with her instruction which made the session flow perfectly. The space feels luxe but inclusive with modern changing rooms, showers and lockers (with charging ports inside). There is also a warm up area for you to use before the class with a guided warm up on the TV. Small towels are provided and an additional cool, scented towel is given at the end of your session for your face which was a nice touch. I will definitely be coming back in the future to try out some different classes. Highly recommend Strong Pilates! 🤍

One thing to note: I'd like more tips on form, there was one exercise where I could see the person next to me was doing it differently to how I was, and I'm not sure who was correct!

The class only had at most 4 mini ab exercises (maximum 60 mins each) with the rest focused only on arms. I would have liked to have way more equality between both

She’s super attentive to form, suggesting modifications if you have any injuries, her classes are always challenging and pushes you to your limits but not where you’re not enjoying yourself. Highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing! Paola is a great teacher and gives us really detailed cues. Exercises were varied and interesting and challenging! Changing rooms and showers were clean + lovely Aesop products. Only thing is that there were SO many people in class, even though the mats are staggered I accidentally knocked some people during certain moves and it was difficult to see Paola’s demos when we were all lying down for floor exercises

It’s not a concept reformer class where you just do glory muscles or do some insane holds and feel like you’re gonna fall off the carriage. It’s simple and effective and the vibes are great!
