The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

The prices aren’t that bad however because there’s no monthly payment option it’s a bit inaccessible.
