The class was very busy and nobody was there at the beginning to help set up people’s bikes - I’m not very confident clipping in and setting up and this was very rushed. As a result my bike wasn’t set up properly and I felt uncomfortable at times on the bike.

However, the heat definitely made up for it as it felt hotter than usual which I preferred. I only wish he would have turned off the brighter overhead lights as I was blinded every time I looked up.

However I am started to get frustrated by Siro's management of letting latecomers into the classes, we are all on a time cap, so delaying a class by 10-15 minutes to let people in so they can setup their bikes is just not acceptable.

I feel like it is really done by someone who knows what they are doing and the sequence and individual exercises have a purpose and not just there to torture you. I always come out feeling amazed by how little tweaks in my movement can do so much difference in my workout by following his instructions. 🙏🏻

すべてのレビューを表示If youre new to this studio then please read - YoFit took over from Inspire only a few months ago. DIFC has different laws than the surrounding area because it’s the financial center. So, because of this, any changes that YoFit wants to make to the studio space will take some time. For those complaining about the wall color, etc, it’s because the permits in DIFC take more time than in other areas. Yo Fit also has an amazing studio in the greens, so they are reputable and established. I have zero stake in this company but having lived in the UAE for over a decade, they are the first proper hot yoga studio; none of this warm bs and it’s not in the Marina (sorry Drip). All of the teachers have their own style so find someone you enjoy - I like them all for different reasons but Samah is phenomenal- if you want to challenge yourself, go to one of her sculp classes. She’s tough but it’s cause she cares.
