It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

Will definitely be returning thank you so much, hollie. The parking was so easy to find as well, which is sometimes a struggle at Studios and free.

The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. She was very attentive, helped correct postures throughout the session, and shared some of her own experiences, which made the class feel relatable and authentic. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.

It helps you connect with your inner self, your inner dancer and your creativity. You flow to the beat, you flow with intention, and most importantly, you flow for YOU. There were stations that I can’t really finish completely at the moment but overall it was pretty much understandable on what to do and how to do properly. Probably next time I get the hang of it. Will surely come back and recommend the gym to my friends 👍
