5 stars for Lisa! Really enjoyed her Mat Pilates class. I especially appreciate that she did not allow filming during the session. It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

Now I understand why people fall in love with yoga. For 90 minutes, my mind was completely quiet. No work, no overthinking, no mental noise. Just breathing, movement, and being present. I walked out feeling physically challenged but mentally lighter. Definitely coming back.

Mat Pilates is the real deal! I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for months, but mat Pilates is definitely more challenging for me. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!

Such a beautiful Hatha Flow class with Surabhi. The space is so calm, the energy is amazing, and she is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Outstanding! The class was exactly what I wanted and friendly for all levels beginners to advanced. The coach is very knowledgeable and will adjust to your level accordingly. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.

The massage experience was amazing however, masseuse Nida saved the experience from a full disappointment… I arrived 5 mnts late and they made me wait 10mnts more ….. the my massage time was down by 15mnts! Plus the next door client was having a long chat with the her masseuse till the point I had and was forced to shush them in order to have the massage athmospere required!!!!! Overall acceptable experience :)
